Has my order been shipped yet? Do you have a tracking number?

When will I be charged and how quickly will I get my order?
Your order will be processed hours after you place it. Our anti-fraud system charges your form of payment as you place the order. We then, immediately place the order with the manufacturer if it is not in stock. Most items are ordered directly from the manufacturer and can take 2-3 weeks to receive, depending on the manufacturer. Custom bedding, specialty and luxury items may take up to 6 weeks to deliver.

We understand you are excited to get your new bedding items and we will try our best to get them to you as quickly as we can. Unfortunately, there may be instances when the manufacturer can not keep up with demand. A backorder could occur which we cannot control. We can promise that as soon as we get the shipment of products in, we will immediately ship it out to you.

How about Returns and Exchanges?
IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

SweetPeachesBedding.com strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. Here are our RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES, we take these very seriously to protect our customers and prevent confusion later. Please read before you place your order.

*Items may be returned by following these steps:
1. You have 3 days from the time you receive your package to request a refund, notify us of missing or damaged items, or request an exchange and obtain the RMA# using our form:

2. You MUST obtain an RMA number to be considered for a refund.
3. Approved refunds will be processed minus our original shipping charges and the customer pays return shipping costs.
4. Returns will only be accepted if they are in original condition and in original packaging. There are NO returns on custom bedding. There are NO returns on personalized items or cut yardage.
5. RMA numbers are good for 7 days, after which they expire. If we receive your package after the 7 day expiration, we will not be able to process your refund.

If it is returned to us after the 7 day window, without a return authorization, used, altered, or missing its original packaging, it will be refused by our warehouse and shipped back to you at your expense and NO refund will be processed.

Can I cancel my order?
Because many of the items we carry are either ordered or made just for you, we allow only a 12 hour cancellation window. You will have 12 hours from when the order is PLACED to cancel your order. Please cancel by e-mailing shipping@sweetpeachesbedding.com and include your name, date of order, order number and items ordered. We will send you a confirmation e-mail letting you know the order has been canceled. If you do not get a confirmation email, please call us to ensure we received your request. Please be aware of these policies before you place your order.


Is it safe to order through your website?

We use sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your personal information that you share with us. We deeply respect your privacy and work hard to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience for you. We NEVER sell or publish your information to other parties.

What about this free shipping deal?
During certain times of the year, we like to offer you FREE SHIPPING on any order(excluding furniture) over $99.00. If this is during one of our "free shipping promotions", the following charges do not apply. Free shipping refers to orders totaling over $99.00 and within the Continental United States. We are unable to offer free shipping to any international order.

What is your policy on refused items or bad addresses?
We will charge you a $35 re-stocking fee if your order is returned to us because it was refused upon delivery. This fee will be charged to your original form of payment. If we cannot contact you about a problem with your order, your order will not be processed in a timely manner.

What about custom orders, can I cancel those orders?
There are NO cancellations or RETURNS on orders that are custom made for you. Many of our designer crib sets, bedding and artwork are created just for you after you order. Those items may not be returned or refused. Please check with our Customer Service Department for more information or details on a particular item. Custom-designed furnishings, bedding, accessories, gifts and other made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do items often get back ordered?
Unfortunately, since we have chosen the most popular items to offer you, sometimes one or more items may become back ordered. This means that the manufacturer does not have enough stock to send us our order. If a back order occurs on your order, it will be promptly sent to you as soon as it arrives!! If you don't receive it in a reasonable length of time, please e-mail us at service@sweetpeachesbedding.com. We will try to keep you posted on it's arrival date.

Do you charge sales tax?
Because SweetPeachesBedding.com operates in Texas, we are required to collect 8.25% sales tax on orders shipped to a Texas address. Those who live outside Texas will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on SweetPeachesBedding.com, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.


Can I special order items not on your website?

Absolutely! If there is anything you would like us to order for you, please e-mail us and we will try to help. You never know unless you ask!

Is shopping with Sweet Peaches safe and secure?
Shopping online at SweetPeachesBedding.com is not only convenient, it is extremely secure. Presently we use the advancedGeoTrust SSL security system and server. We never share or sell your information, ever! Our servers are being monitored 24/7 to make sure that our store is always open, safe and ready for shopping.

What is your privacy policy?
All personal information is kept private. All information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success. Strict guidelines are adhered to in order to keep your personal information private.

What are my payment options?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Credit card charges will appear as sweetpeachesbedding.com. Cashiers Checks, Checks and Money Orders are also accepted.

Can I order via mail or fax?
Although our online ordering system is safe, we understand if you prefer to order by mail. Please make out your Cashier's Check, Check or Money Order to: Sweetpeachesbedding.com. Include the item, quantity, price and brief description. We will call you to confirm your order before we process it. You may fax an order to 1-972-369-1013.

While we work hard to review the safety of all products, SweetPeachesBedding.com can not be liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on our website. There are no available products under this category.
