"Hands down, the most versatile, durable, and inexpensive way to change a kid's room is with paint. The variety of colors and finishes makes it easy to choose just what you need to give your childrens room a new look. It's also a great way to get creative!
Create a striped or diamond pattern in your big girls room by using painter's tape to protect the unpainted areas. Just remove the tape before the paint is completely dry. Try to coordinate with your kids bedding and children's decor.
Cut up inexpensive sponges in favorite shapes and dip in
paint to create a border along ceilings or around doors and windows.
Let the kids put their own handprints on the walls in their favorite colors.
Paint sections of wall with magnetic paint to tack up pictures, homework reminders, or play games.
