Returns & Exchanges Policy

Sweet Peaches Bedding strives to provide our customers with the highest quality bedding and décor along with an unparalleled shopping experience. However, if you are for any reason unsatisfied with your bedding or room décor, please follow our RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY below. We take this policy very seriously to protect our customers. Please read before you place your order.

Items may be returned or exchanged by following these steps:

You have 7 days from the time you receive your package to:

        – Request a refund
        – Notify us of missing or damaged items
        – Request an exchange
        – Obtain the RMA# using our Refund Request form
You MUST obtain an RMA number to be considered for a refund. RMA numbers are good for 7 days, after which they expire. If we receive your package after the 7-day RMA expiration, we will not be able to process your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed minus our original shipping charges.
You as the customer pays for return shipping costs.
Returns will only be accepted if they are in original condition and in original packaging. There are NO returns on custom bedding. There are NO returns on personalized items or cut yardage.

If your return meets any the following criteria, it will be refused by our warehouse and shipped back to you at your expense. No refund will be processed if:

Delivered to Sweet Peaches Bedding after the 7-day window
Missing RMA number
Used
Altered
Missing its original packaging

PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally we drop ship orders directly from our supplier or workroom. The return address on your shipment MAY NOT say Sweet Peaches Bedding. Please check all shipments you receive to make sure that they are not what you ordered prior to refusing. There are no available products under this category.
